Replacement Policy

We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In case the product colors are not up to the mark and are faded - we will happy to replace or return the product within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return/replacement, you can initiate the same from your account by signing in.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Also, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
